Rockingham Units – 4 Unit Development close to the beach
With recent zoning changes our clients had the potential to undertake 4 (Four) multi-unit development on their 1125sqm block. Located walking distance to the beach and modern amenities, the design needed to maximise the accommodation on the block, with the potential of 4 units (2 neatly tucked away at the rear of the block and 2 with street frontage.)
Custom designed these 4 (four)– 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes all with double lock up garages offered the best of practical living with large open plan living, high ceilings and elegant neutral interiors. The result, all 4 homes were sold, with the first three selling quickly for top dollar earning the client a great profit and the fourth even with a slight price drop walked away with a return.
