Scarborough Triplex Townhouses
Our client’s investment property was positioned in the highly sought-after suburb of Scarborough and comprised of an old existing house on a 690sqm corner block. Zoned R30 with the potential for ocean views.
The zoning meant the possibility of higher density development with 3 terrace homes on the one block. After talking about possibilities, the design challenge was to maximise the design to be functional, stylish and the potential for ocean views.
The outcome was 3 double storey residences all facing towards the ocean to catch glimpses of that great sunset. The challenge for of our clients once the project was completed was choosing which one that wanted to live in, which one they wanted to rent and which they wanted to sell.
