This striking three-level home was constructed in South Beach, close to the inner harbour of the port city of Fremantle. With superb views to Rottnest, Carnac, and Garden islands, the home accommodates a young family of four with an innovative floor plan over three ingenious levels that add a sense of space and separation to family living. Indeed, the home was cleverly designed to harmonise with its coastal location. Maximising the potential of the site meant designing a home to take advantage of its northerly aspect and harnessing the winter sun.
