From humble beginnings the Shelford Group started in 1991, with John Mijacika a huge driving force behind the brand, along with a team of directors share a passion and commitment to design and construction.

Shelford History

The Shelford Group, an accomplished Perth building company specialising in residential, commercial, industrial and civil building projects was established in 1991 by industry professional Tony Plumb. Two years after the company’s inception, Tony invited John Mijacika, a highly experienced Project Manager, to join him as Construction Manager.
John is now the Shelford Group Managing Director and is responsible for Shelford’s direction and brands. With his huge passion and commitment to design and construction along with a team of directors by his side, they continue to grow and work together to build Shelford as a competitive force in both Perth’s commercial construction and residential building sectors. With a range of affordable residential single storey, double storey and acreage home designs to choose from, along with commercial, industrial and civil projects, the talented team at Shelford is committed to providing the best quality, the best value and the best service of any construction builder in Perth.
