Australind
Australind is a classic ‘sea change’ destination, located just North of Bunbury on the Leschenault Estuary. It is a popular place for people seeking something quieter than the bustle of Perth, yet still wanting easy access to the city.
An Aquatic playground, Australind is a great place for those who enjoy boating, sailing, windsurfing and fishing.
Eaton and Millbridge
Both popular Northern suburbs of Bunbury with a relaxed seaside vibe. Live where the river meets the sea but still only minutes from the Fergusson Valley.
Set on the banks of the Collie River, this area is a mecca for leisurely waterside activities including fishing, crabbing, picnics, bushwalking and boating.
Eaton has a large shopping centre which includes the much envied 24 hour Kmart.
Dalyellup
An outer suburb of Capel, South of Bunbury near the coast. Dalyellup is a great community for first home owners, with all the amenities and conveniences, lots of open space and a friendly mix of families with young kids through to retirees.

Busselton

Dardanup and Harvey
If you are looking for a rural lifestyle, Dardanup and Harvey are both small country towns on the outskirts of Bunbury, situated in the Fergusson Valley.
Harvey is known for it’s beef and dairy farms, fresh orange juice, vineyards, the Harvey Dam which is popular for picnics and Fergus the bull, a well known landmark to those travelling though.
In Dardanup you will find Gnomesville, bakeries and cafes, wild flowers, forest trails and rivers. Every year they host the popular Bull and Barrel Festival.
Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River
Further South you will find the laid back bohemian vibe of Dunsborough and Yallingup, set on a stunning coastline popular for surfing, snorkeling, fishing, swimming and numerous family adventures amongst nature.
If you enjoy the finer things in life, surround yourself with gourmet food, wineries, craft breweries, a venison farm, chocolate makers and much more in Margaret River.
The area is also popular amongst surfers for world class surf breaks and hosts the prestigious Margaret River Pro surfing competition each year.
Collie, Donnybrook, Balingup, Nannup, Bridgetown
